Nursery project...
I really wanted to have a pretty chandelier in Lauren's room but with our Arizona heat, practicality won out and we decided to install a ceiling fan.
At least we found this Hunter fan with a cute lampshade light fixture instead of those big glass shades with the light bulbs hanging out of them...
the butterfly detail is pretty cute too...
Well, that's another item checked off our list for the nursery. Slowly, but surely, we're getting it done. God know, we still have plenty of time!

Very pretty. Ya know, I blame near came up there a few weeks ago to kiss Joe's feet and beg him to come down here and install the two ceiling fans I'd bought. Home Depot wanted $180 to install two fans in a pre-wired home! KOFF. I got the landlady's handyman to do it for less than half that. Only bad thing is, now the landlady knows I put them in, and the lease says if I put them in they gotta stay there! But maybe this will mean she'll forgive me for all the plants I killed in the yard!

Oh Donna, I love it. We have the same concern here and I would also love the dainty Chandelier but we already have a ceiling fan and have been looking for ways to make it "prettier" to go along with it's function. YOu found a perfect one for Lauren's room
